ETP plants Design Execution and Constuction

An Effluent Treatment Plant, or ETP for short, is a facility that treats the wastewater produced by industrial processes. Effluent treatment may be primary, secondary, or tertiary, depending on the process. The different processes used in a single plant are grouped into three broad categories: primary, secondary, and tertiary.Preliminary and secondary filtration, chemical coagulation, settling and separation of sludge, and pressure filtration.

A Sewage Treatment Plant is a system that processes sewage and household effluent to remove harmful contaminants. When these contaminating constituents enter the water supply, they can have a negative effect on the quality of the water used by a residence. The components that can be removed from wastewater and household effluent include suspended solids, bacteria, nitrates, phosphates, and organic wastes.

RO PLANT Design Execution and Constuction

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is purifying water by applying pressure to a concentrated solution. During the process, extra osmotic pressure is applied on the side of the fluid with the highest concentration of solutes. This causes the water molecules to pass through the semi-permeable membrane, leaving the contaminants and salts behind in the reject stream. Reverse osmosis membranes are used in municipal bodies and large private commercial units.
